New Haven (November 2010) – H. Pearce Co. President and CEO Barbara L. Pearce is pleased to announce that Gary Corso and Urban Specialists Olivia Martson and DiDi Strode, of the New Haven office, recently completed the Connecticut Association of REALTORS® (CARS) Appraisal-1 program.
The program is centered on residential appraisal and provides training in appraiser techniques to determine values for loans, sales, and insurance; and teaches residential appraisal formulas and how to evaluate competitive properties. The Connecticut Association of REALTORS® represents over 17,000 real estate professionals. The association is dedicated to enhancing the ability of its members to conduct their business successfully while maintaining the preservation of private property rights.
